Ninety-six seated, a historic house in November, a room whose headline capacity is 140 and whose working seated capacity is 120. The difference between those two numbers is dinner, a dance floor, a bar and the aisles service needs, and it is the difference the plan is built on.

A memorial is not a party with the music turned down. It is a room that has to hold people who did not choose to be there, and some who will leave before the formal ending.

Brand supper for 80

Eighty covers, a brand in the room, a supper that has to photograph as a house not a launch. Mocha Evening is the named atmosphere: cocoa undercloth, clotted-cream linen, butter brass, chocolate cosmos at the perimeter if scent is safe.
